STANDARD REPORT TEMPLATE – PPG PHYSIOLOGY

BASED ON FAPESP FORMS/GUIDELINES

The Scientific Report (reports exceeding 20 pages will not be accepted) shall be presented in PDF format, according to the following template:

1. Cover page signed by the Advisor and the Fellow;
2. Summary of the initial proposal and steps already described in previous reports;
3. Summary of the accomplished steps;
4. Details of the progress made, the partial results obtained, justifying any changes to the project or its execution, and discussing any difficulties that have arisen or expected in the development of the project;
5.  Work plan and schedule for the further steps, if any;
6. List of other activities carried out, for example, Disciplines, Training, Attendance in National and International Congresses, Publications, etc.
